1. candidate suitable?
great! then retain the selected staff member for as long as required and she/he remains on our books until such time as you wish to take them onto your own books and make them your permanent employees.
2. candidate not suitable?
no problem!, let us send you further candidates until we find the candidates that meet your requirements.
All going well with employee
EITHER
a. to remain on our books
employee remains on our books and we invoice an agreed hourly rate.
OR
b. transfer to your books (a minimum of 18 months before this condition can be used)
you choose to engage the employee on your payroll, and you are charged a one time fee 0f 20% of three months gross wage. on transference.
