BERRY - Recruitment Software

The strength behind any good recruitment/management agency is it's staff and it's systems. MEET BERRY!

Berry is our proprietary software package. Created in India by a team of programmers and based on our exact requirements. 

Berry is not some off the shelf package which our company had to bend and twist to, but a tailor made package which meets every need and requirement that has made our company so successful.

Currently our system hosts over 10,000 candidates who have been actively interviewed by our staff and classified depending on their requirements and skills.

The software caters for complete integration between employees time availability and customer requirements, appointment management, Facebook integration, internal and encrypted communication tools as well as a host of other features.

Candidates invited to our offices for a formal desk interview with fixed open and closed ended question packages based on job requirements.

SKYPE

Identical system to a desk interview but carried out via Skype or Facetime when interviewing prospective candidates who are still over seas.

A team of local interviewers who are trained in our fixed interview protocol structures

On the job interviews

Original idea devised by RECRUIT IN MALTA, whereby any candidate who passes his desk interview, is submitted to a minimum of one working day on the job, During this time he/she is submitted to pre-established written tests as well as on the job activity to assess their viability to carry out the work.

This system does not apply for "still abroad" candidates who passed their desk interview
